Our "Super Admin" approval process relies heavily on visual clarity. To ensure your products are approved quickly, follow these rules:

Lighting
Natural, soft daylight is best. Avoid harsh flashes or deep shadows that obscure details.
The Admin Approval Process
Every product uploaded by an artisan goes through a mandatory review by our Super Admin team. This maintains the premium standard of the marketplace.

If a product is rejected, you will receive detailed feedback on what needs to be improved (e.g., more descriptive copy, better images, or pricing adjustments).
Logistics & Shipping
We handle the global complexity so you can focus on creation. Once an order is placed:
- You receive an order notification via your dashboard.
- Securely pack the item according to our packaging standards.
- Download and print the shipping label provided by our logistics partners.
- Schedule a pickup or drop off at the designated center.
Earnings & Payouts
Transparency is key to our partnership. Handoraz operates on a commission-based model:
- Standard Commission: 15% on each successful sale.
- Payout Schedule: Payouts are processed 14 days after the customer receives the item (to account for the return period).
